Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Aureon Technologies Solutions ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Web Development & Platform Services

We provide custom web applications, static pages, real estate systems, and automotive inventory web platforms. Project deliverables, delivery timelines, and pricing structures are agreed upon via formal project estimates prior to project kickoff.

3. Payment Terms

Unless specified otherwise in a separate contract, a 50% deposit is required before development begins, with the remaining balance due upon final client approval prior to staging site deployment.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of project invoices, full ownership of custom code assets and deliverables transfers to the client. Pre-existing frameworks, platform engines, and reusable components remain the intellectual property of Aureon Technologies Solutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aureon Technologies Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, user error, or unauthorized access to client domains.
